This easy 3-ingredient holiday sugar cookie fudge is a creamy, buttery, sprinkle-covered treat that tastes just like the bakery version. It comes together in minutes and is perfect for cookie exchanges, holiday parties, or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (510g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces/396g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon butter extract
  • 1/2 cup (about 75g) holiday sprinkles, plus more for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches of overhang on two opposite sides. Set aside.
  2. Place white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly with a rubber spatula until the mixture is smooth, thick, and glossy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in butter extract until smooth. Quickly fold in 1/2 cup of holiday sprinkles.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle extra holiday sprinkles on top and gently press them down.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely firm. Overnight is best.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the parchment overhangs. Cut into 36 squares (6×6 grid) with a sharp knife. Serve cold.

Notes

Use good quality white chocolate chips (like Ghirardelli or Guittard) for best results. Avoid white baking morsels. Butter extract is key for authentic sugar cookie flavor; vanilla extract can be substituted but will change the flavor. Keep all tools dry to prevent chocolate from seizing. Fudge can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or frozen for up to 3 months.
