A quick and festive Halloween charcuterie board featuring candy corn, cheeses, meats, and crunchy snacks. Perfect for parties or a fun family dinner, this no-cook recipe comes together in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz salami, sliced (Genoa salami preferred)
  • 6 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 6 oz pepperoni
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar, cubed
  • 4 oz brie
  • 4 oz gouda, sliced
  • 1 cup candy corn (Brach’s recommended)
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, roasted and salted
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup crackers (Ritz or water crackers)
  • 1/2 cup pita chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
  • Edible glitter or Halloween sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Slice salami into thin rounds (fold into quarters or roll into roses). Separate prosciutto slices. Cube sharp cheddar into 1-inch pieces. Slice gouda into thin triangles. Leave brie whole or cut into wedges.
  2. Set up small bowls on the board for candy corn, black olives, and pumpkin seeds. Spread them out for visual balance.
  3. Arrange cheeses around the board: place brie near one edge, group cheddar cubes together, fan out gouda slices. Place a cheese knife next to each cheese.
  4. Add meats: arrange salami folds in a cluster opposite the brie. Roll pepperoni into tubes and stack like logs. Drape prosciutto in loose, wavy ribbons.
  5. Fill in with crunchy items: scatter pretzel sticks in small bundles, fan out crackers, place pita chips near the brie.
  6. Add sweet and spooky touches: sprinkle candy corn in small clusters, dot black olives around, scatter dried cranberries and dark chocolate chips in empty spaces.
  7. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and a light dusting of edible glitter or Halloween sprinkles. Adjust arrangement as needed.

Notes

Add candy corn right before serving to prevent stickiness. Let cheese come to room temperature for best flavor. Keep wet ingredients (olives) in separate bowls to avoid soggy crackers. For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free crackers and pretzels. For a nut-free option, skip pumpkin seeds.
