  • 2 tablespoons (14g) ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon (12g) chia seeds
  • ¼ cup (45g) mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and measure precisely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, cocoa powder, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, salt, and chocolate chips if using. Stir until evenly distributed (about 2 minutes).
  3. Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture.
  4. Mix thoroughly with a spoon or spatula until the mixture is sticky and holds together. If too dry, add a teaspoon of water or more honey; if too wet, chill before rolling.
  5. Scoop about a tablespoon of mixture and roll into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls. You should get around 18-20 balls.
