Perfectly juicy air fryer pork chops with a flavorful garlic herb rub. Ready in under 25 minutes, this easy weeknight dinner delivers a crispy, golden-brown crust and tender meat every time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the pork chops and rub to coat. Sprinkle the herb rub evenly over all sides, pressing it into the meat. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let pork chops rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use boneless pork chops about 1-inch thick. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes after cooking to retain juices. Adjust cooking time for thicker or thinner chops, always relying on a meat thermometer for doneness.
