  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Measure and prep your ingredients: frozen mango chunks, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, protein powder, and other add-ins.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen mango, coconut milk, and Greek yogurt. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth but thick, like soft-serve ice cream. Add a splash more coconut milk if too thick.
  3. Add protein powder, chia seeds, lime juice, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Blend again for 20 seconds until fully combined without clumps. Pulse and scrape sides if needed.
  4. Check texture and taste. Adjust sweetness or lime juice if needed. If too thin, add a few more frozen mango chunks and pulse a few seconds.
  5. Transfer the smoothie base to a serving bowl, spreading evenly.
  6. Add toppings: fresh mango slices, toasted coconut flakes, and chopped nuts for texture contrast.
